The Stonewall Security Model is an illustration of an Integrated Security Program using a seamless interface, integration, and convergence of the six aspects of Security, namely Personnel Security, Information Security, Operations Security, Environment Security, Reputation Security and Physical Security that supplement and complement each other in the protection of Organizational Resources which are essential for the attainment of organizational goals. The interface of these Security Aspects illustrates the application of the basic Principles of Security. Each aspect is constituted by elements upon which security measures and procedures that provides prevention of, response to and investigation of mishaps are based. These measures aim
to avoid mishaps and disruptions, mitigate the loss in case of mishaps and provide restitution for and recovery of loss as a consequence of a mishap. It can be applied in any domain of security such as Industrial Security, Corporate Security, Home Security, Executive Protection, Information Technology Security, National Security, Personal Security, Safety, etc. The details that describe the rationale, objectives and implementations of the aspects and elements of the Stonewall Security Model are covered in the book, ”The Art and Science of Security, ©2012.
