This is a system of enhancing the competencies and capability of the Guard, the Unit, and the competitiveness of the Agency and capacities of their clients. It aims to fill the gaps in the conventional Guard Services provided by mainstream Agencies
GUARD FORCE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
This Service provides competencies and capabilities to Agencies and their Clients to determine and select the most suitable Agency based on established Agency and Guard Qualification Standards and a Service Level Agreement. It is also a Service subscription to oversee, monitor, and report the Operational Readiness, Compliance to the Service Level Agreement and Security Operational Procedures Compliance and Output using agreed Metrics and initiate strategic corrective measures for deviations.
SECURITY CAREER EXECUTIVE COURSE.
This course will upgrade the competencies, skills, and tools for aspiring and practicing Security Professionals. It covers Organizational and Corporate Security, Agency Management. Security Training and Security Technology. It is for Retiring Military & Police Officers, CSPs, CPPs. CSMSs, CSTs, or Individuals who want to enhance their competencies to pursue a Security Career. Duration: This can be taken individually off-classroom with one-on-one mentoring and online sessions. The syllabus can be requested online.
AGENCY OPERATIONAL READINESS EVALUATION
This is a system for the Clients of determining the competencies of the guard in delivering the Security requirements of his client. It involves evaluation of his appearance, equipment, compliance to regulations, knowledge, and competencies in performing the basic functions of a guard
COMPETENCY TEST (Test Only)
This is a pencil and paper test to determine the Guards Knowledge of his function and their proper execution.
REMEDIAL COMPETENCY SEMINAR
This is a 16-hour remedial seminar to correct the deficiencies of the guards on his functions.
DETACHMENT OPERATIONAL READINESS
This is a system of knowing the capabilities of a Security Unit in delivering the Security requirements of its client. It involves evaluation of the Commanders of his competencies in Administering and Operating a Security Unit, Guards’ appearance, equipment, compliance to regulations, and abilities in performing their functions.
X-RAY OPERATORS /K9 TEAM / FRISKER SKILLS EVALUATION
This is a system of determining the actual skill of the operator in detecting threat items.
